Whitby Farm demolition 2013

The demolition of Whitby Farm started in January 2013 preparing the site for redevelopment which was completed in June 2014.

The demolition was carried out by Harry and his son with the help of others from time to time and some very heavy machinery.

The museum holds a complete photographic record of both the demolition and redevelopment.
